Customer Success Representative

Compensation: Salary + performance bonus; full/part-time considered
Common Cents builds beautiful, fast tools that help traders make better decisions and act with conviction.
You’ll be on the front lines of our community: helping users with onboarding, billing, indicator questions, and simple troubleshooting—while surfacing insights to product.
What you’ll do
- Own Tier 1/2 support via email & Discord (SLA-driven).
- Write and maintain concise help articles and macros.
- Triage bugs/feedback into Linear/Jira with crisp repro steps.
- Host short office-hours or loom-style ‘how-to’ videos.
- Champion user empathy and close the loop on issues.
What you’ll bring
- 1+ year in support/success for a SaaS or fintech product.
- Excellent written communication (fast, friendly, accurate).
- Strong systems sense: you document, templatize, and improve.
- Basic familiarity with trading platforms and terminology.
Nice to have
- Experience with Discord moderation or community tooling.
- Exposure to TradingView, The Strat, or technical analysis.
