Common Cents (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information.

We do not sell personal information. We only use processors to operate the service and for security/analytics.

  • Billing data: handled by Whop/Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Product usage: pages visited, features used, device/rough location metadata for reliability and UX.
  • Community identifiers: e.g., Discord username to grant roles and entitlements.
  • Support content: messages you send to us (bug reports, requests) and related metadata.

How We Use Data

  • Provide the service: dashboards, indicators access, and community roles.
  • Security & abuse prevention: verify entitlements, detect fraud/abuse, rate-limit, and protect accounts.

Sharing & Processors

We share data with processors solely to provide and secure the Services. Examples include:

Whop / Stripe — subscriptions and payments.

Email — service messages and support threads.

Data Retention
