By accessing Common Cents products, sites, or communities (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Services.

License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own trading research.

Accounts & Subscriptions

• Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage your plan in Whop’s customer portal.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

No Financial Advice

Content is for education/information only and not investment advice. You’re solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.

Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, reselling, or redistribution of private content or indicators.
• No abuse, scraping, automated attacks, or attempts to bypass access controls.

All materials are owned by Common Cents or its licensors. All rights reserved.

Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. We’ll post the new effective date above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws.
